Payments

Whispers Creations does not accept personal checks. You can pay with any major credit or debit card through PayPal. Item is not reserved until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Whispers Creations only ships within the Continental United States. Upon confirmation of payment via PayPal, your items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 48 hours. Shipping charges are $4.95 for purchases up to $99.99. Purchases over $100 are shipped free, exclusive of insurance.

Insurance

We encourage the purchase of insurance. We DO NOT take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that have not been insured. USPS insurance charges are as follows:

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will take every step possible to ensure your satisfaction. We will refund your purchase price, less any shipping fees, providing we are notified via email within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to make arrangements for your return. Returns must be insured and buyer assumes responsibility for all return fees.

Items must be UNWORN and in ORIGINAL condition.

Please note, for Health and Hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are excluded from this return policy.

Special Orders

Special orders must be paid in advance. Please allow 2-4 weeks for special orders. When your order is ready, it will be posted on a special order page and you will be send the link for your approval.
